Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days and often a lot quicker. 

If there are any delays in shipping or if an artwork requires professional packing, including crating, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible after you have placed an order and let you know the estimated timings for delivery.

For orders placed through the website, you will receive an automated message once your order has been dispatched. This will include tracking details. We typically use FedEx Ground and Express for domestic deliveries and DHL Express Worldwide for international orders.

If your order is suspicious in nature or flagged as high risk for fraud, under our Terms of Service we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will notify you if this is the case and discuss alternative payment options.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your address details are accurate when placing your order – under our Terms of Service you have a responsibility to let us know immediately if the shipping address you have provided is not accurate.

All buyers are deemed to have reviewed our Terms of Service, which sets out your rights and responsibilities, prior to placing an order.
